Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to wait in all day for my appointment ?
Many of our Clients were pleased with our time slots for surveys, for example: 9-12 or 12-3; but did you know that we are also able to offer a 30 minute call ahead?
This means that you are free to pop out if you need to, because you know that we will call you when we are on our way.
Can I get my report today?
We understand that sometimes time is of the essence and you might not want to wait for the postman to deliver your report.
If you ask us, we can send a digital copy of your report to you to read until the official hard copy arrives in the post.
What if I have questions after recieving my report ?
We are here to help! When you receive your report, we encourage you to read through it and to call your personal Surveyor to discuss any points that you might be unsure about, or that you would like clarified.
