Is the London Property market turning?

The founder of the Berkley Group, Tony Pigley has told the Times that he predicts the London property market has bottomed out.

The headline average price in London has dropped 5% since its peak in 2016 in the capital, according to the report.  It’s claimed prices in the capital are now low compared to other global capitals. If this prediction proves correct, a recovery in the London market will feed into recovery in the areas within commuting distance of London such as Essex, Bucks, Beds etc…
