Once your instruction has been scheduled in the diary, we’ll confirm all the details by e-mail (snail mail if preferred), and send you a booking notice. Following the surveyor’s inspection, you will receive the full written report of your choice - electronically or by hard-copy - within 48 hours for a valuation or a little longer for the more complex reports.

Reports are normally presented in an industry standard format but can be tailored to comply with your specific requirements in some instances. Just let us know if you have any particular requests.
