Born out of the residential department of Kirkby & Diamond, a prominant surveying practice in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, and headed up by that practice’s founding partner, Duncan Kirkby – Better Prepared Ltd initially offered specialist services providing surveys, valuations for home-owners and property professionals. At the same time, it expanded the range of services, initially to encompass Sustainability and Energy Advice for Residential owners, developers and advisers, but this has grown into a larger department dealing with both Commercial and Residential Property. More recently, the range of services has been expanded to encompass commercial services and training.

“Better Prepared Ltd” might be a relatively new name in the property sector… but the team is anything but wet behind the ears. On the contrary, Duncan and his colleagues have spent years earning their reputation for offering a consistently excellent service and customer care.

In line with their desire to provide excellent service, "Better Prepared Limited" is ISO 9001-2000 accredited.
